At Legacy, we nurture kids at their pace, making sure that they are absorbing and learning dance while still having a good amount of fun!

Our goal is to ensure that children enjoy the learning process every step of the way. In the long run, we hope that these kids will be able to develop a stronger passion for dance.

Kids Hip Hop (Level 3 – Adv Beginner) — Ages 8+

Every Saturday, 12:15pm – 1:15pm

For dancers ready to take their foundation to the next level, this class focuses on performance quality, choreography retention, and musical precision.

Students will learn more challenging hip hop routines while refining technique, confidence, and stage presence.

A great step up for kids who’ve completed Level 1 or have prior dance experience.

Flyer for LDC Kids Dance Course for children aged 5-12, offering lessons on Saturdays and Sundays in the first term of 2026. The Saturday class is from 11am to 12pm, and the Sunday class is from 2pm to 3pm. The course costs $350 for 12 lessons, with a 10% discount if signed up by January 31, 2026. Dates for February, March, April, and May lessons are listed under each day.

Kids & Teens Dance Crew Auditions 2026

Do you think your child has the passion, energy, and potential to shine as part of a dance crew?
Legacy Dance Co. is opening auditions for our 2026 Kids & Teens Crew, a structured programme designed to nurture young dancers who are ready to take their training beyond the classroom.

Our crew members will receive opportunities to:

  • Perform on stage at showcases, recitals, and community events

  • Compete in local dance competitions, including team-based showcases and battle events

  • Train consistently in a supportive environment that builds confidence, teamwork, discipline, and artistry

  • Learn from our experienced rotating faculty, specialising in Hip Hop, Street Jazz, K-Pop and more

Auditions are FREE to attend and open to:

  • Kids Crew (Ages 6–12)

  • Teens Crew (Ages 13–16)

Selected dancers will join a programme that includes performing and competing pathways, giving them a platform to grow, connect, and discover their personal style as a performer and competitor.

*A surcharge of $60 per hour will be incurred for private classes conducted on weekday nights and weekends.

FAQs

  • We would recommend your child to wear a comfortable top with either shorts, pants or tights for class.

    Covered footwear is required.

  • Prepare a water bottle and a towel (optional). There are water refill points around Marina Square and we sell water at our studio as well~

    • 7-12 years old for Lil! Bouncers
